Dahn Gong is a martial art that is both strong and gentle, to experience the perfect balance of yin and young.  Each movement trains you to release unnecessary tension while generating focused, condensed energy in your Dahn Jon (core energy center).

Through this practice, you will activate and circulate Qi, open your energy meridians, and build the ability to gather energy where your body needs it most. This creates a balanced energy system that supports strength, stability, and clear awareness.

Day 1 - 7: Activate Your Energy with Uthara

7 - 8 AM PT | Daily (Replays Available)

  • Develop your energy sense and learn to move, send, and  feel the flow of energy in and around you
  • Release judgment, resistance and mental blocks through deep Qigong training
  • Practice dynamic Qi circulation training to breakthrough inner blocks and raising your vibration
  • Experience energy as light, sound, and vibration to deepen and brighten your inner awareness

Day 7 - 21: The Special Gwangmyung Arrow Experience

Gwangmyung Arrow is a dynamic online Qi training rooted in 10,000 years of ancient Qigong wisdom. Featuring a special training with Body & Brain founder and Qigong Grand Master Ilchi Lee, this experience is designed to activate, purify and align your Qi energy centers, or chakras, in order to awaken your brightest state of consciousness.

Through this consciousness training, as your energy grows stronger and brighter, you will experience greater confidence, clarity, and trust in your own life force, the key to true self-mastery.

Awaken a deeper awareness within you to see yourself clearly and begin the meaningful work of inner transformation.
