During each class you'll have an opportunity to deepen your mind-body connection through Brain Education techniques. All of our live classes are interactive, and close with sharing time to receive deeper guidance from our instructors. Our class memberships also include periodic check-ins to receive additional guided support, every step along your journey.

Experience our signature class. Through a combination of warm-ups, stretching, breathing and meditation, you’ll experience total body relaxation and rejuvenation to kickstart and/or wrap up your day.
Develop & strengthen your core. Your core is the foundation of your whole system. When you develop your core, you learn to digest heavy emotions and stay grounded through any challenges.


Center your Qi. Our meditative system of martial art forms helps to improve your body alignment, balance and energy (Qi or Ki) circulation through dynamic, full-body practice.
Recover your natural rhythm. Our mindful breathing techniques are designed for optimal benefits for your mind, body, and spirit to use at home, at work, while exercising, and in stressful situations.

Amy is a Body & Brain instructor in Rockville Centre, New York. A graduate of Harvard University, Amy is a skilled communicator and guide who's interested in helping students find strength, balance, and peace inside themselves. She has over 10 years of experience teaching Brain Education through Body & Brain.
Brian is the Regional Manager for Body & Brain in Georgia. He has over 15 years of experience as a Yoga and Qigong master and Brain Education © (mindfulness) instructor and coach. Brian is passionate about health and wellness and has devoted his life to helping others lead healthy, happy and peaceful lives.
Danielle Gaudette is a national trainer and has taught for over 20 years. In 2015 she was voted Seattle’s “Yoga Teacher of the Year." Her spiritual name, "Johwatong", means “one who creates harmonious connection.” She brings a huge heart and plenty of personal experience to help you heal yourself from a place of authenticity and compassion.
David discovered Body & Brain when searching for ways to deal with sports injuries that sapped his energy and enthusiasm. Body & Brain was so helpful in his recovery that he decided to train and become a coach so that he could help others. Since then he has taught over 5,000 Body & Brain classes in person and online.
Jordan Diamond has over 16 years of experience in Body & Brain practice. After struggling with depression and anxiety at a young age, he turned to art and nature to find solace and direction. His journey as an artist led him to connect and heal within, and since that time he has helped many people to improve and transform their lives.
Laura Proppe became a Brain Education Instructor in 2017 and has since been teaching in-person and online Gentle Yoga and Chair Classes in senior living communities, assisted living facilities, libraries, homeless shelters, and bereavement groups. Her mission is to help guide people towards their greatest potential for physical and emotional wellbeing.
Melanie is the center manager for the Body & Brain Kirkland center in Washington. For over 5 years, she has shared Brain Education mindfulness exercises including yoga, breathing, and meditation. Having utilized Brain Education techniques to manage her own anxiety, Melanie is passionate about helping others on their path of self-healing.
Sean Newman is manager of the Body & Brain Forest Hills Center in Queens, NY, and has been practicing with Body & Brain since 2015. He is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits he experienced, and loves to share his bright energy and passion through teaching Martial Arts and Brain Education.
Uthara's deepest passion is to assist others in recovering their innate health, happiness and peace. Uthara shares Brain Education principles and practices to over 300K+ people across social media and supports anyone who wants to restore their inner balance and peace.
Yoosoo Shin has been a Body & Brain instructor and guide for others for more than 25 years. While sharing Brain Education, qigong, meditation and etc., her greatest mission is to deepen the link between body, mind, and spirit, and create life-changing shifts for those who she works with.
